परचित्तविकल्पोऽसौ स्वसंवृत्या तु नास्ति सः। स पश्चान्नियतः सोऽस्ति न चेन्नास्त्येव संवृतिः॥
The Author Replies: This “living being” is only a conceptual construct in the mind of some other being who is not liberated, but for the one who has attained supreme peace he does not exist even in terms of his own conventional cognitions. For him the only conventional reality there is must be expressed thus: “If this is, that will be; if this is not, that will not be.”
འདི་ནི་གཞན་སེམས་རྣམ་རྟོག་སྟེ། །
དེ་ནི་རང་གི་ཀུན་རྫོབ་མིན། །

But that is just the thought of others;
It is not what I mean by the relative. If subsequently there are thoughts, the relative’s still there;
If not, the relative has ceased indeed.They are just conceptions in the minds of others,
But they do not exist in terms of their own seeming. Later, when this has been verified, it exists.
If it has not, the seeming does not exist at all. [107]- Voilà bien une idée que se font les êtres,

This mental superstition apart
Is not our illusion. If it is subsequently ascertained, it exists.
If it is not, it is not even an illusion.This is a conceptual thought of others' minds. It is not our relative.
Later, if it is certain, then it exists. If not, there is no relative either.
