English	Praise all whose speech is worthy. Say, "Your words are excellent!” And when you notice others acting well, Encourage them in terms of warm approval. When people say things that are useful both in the immediate and long-term, we should heed them as though we were the speaker’s disciples, and we should do what they say. We should praise everyone who says something that is true and is of spiritual value; and instead of answering back in an untoward manner, we should be nice to them, telling them that they have spoken well. Similarly, when we see people doing something virtuous, such as making offerings or giving alms, we should not be jealous and try to put them down. We should praise them openly instead, telling them that their actions are excellent and worthy; and we should encourage them in words of warm approval.
