English

He has such power because his body, speech, and mind are totally united and in harmony with the truth of Dharma, and are permeated with compassion. The Dharma dwells in the buddha's heart, and through his compassion it arises and is expressed to others as instruction that shows the path to liberation. The buddha naturally manifests as a guide to lead all those who are blinded by ignorance out of the cycle of existence. His compassion is such that if one person were attacking him and another, simultaneously, making offerings to him, the buddha would feel neither the slightest animosity toward the first person, nor the least special attraction toward the second.
