English

As you breathe in, consider that you take into yourself, in the form of a dark mass, all the sickness, obscurations and mental poisons your enemy may have had, and that he is thereby completely relieved of all his afflictions. Think that his sufferings come to you as easily as mountain mist wafted away by the wind. As you take his suffering into you, you feel great joy and bliss, mingled with the experience of emptiness.
