English

One who relinquishes all this suffering without exception, who definitively relinquishes it, is pure, exhausted, free from attachment, ceased, completely pacified, dissolved; who will not continue with other sufferings, is non-arising, and unborn; that one is at peace. That one is splendid. It is like this: all the aggregates have been definitively relinquished; existence is exhausted; there is freedom from attachment; there is cessation and nirvana.255Candrakīrti, Commentary on “Reason in Sixty Verses,” 10a.
