How all frameworks are understood based on all phenomena being merely conceptually and nominally designated is explained as follows. Through accepting and rejecting based merely on designating conventions such as "this is a form; this is feeling," "arising, ceasing," "coming, going," and so forth, purposes are accomplished. All things are possible—such as existence and nonexistence, being and not being—based on mere names. Without being satisfied with just this, when the object designated by something like "form" is sought out—in terms of its shape, color, or parts, and so on—nothing is ever found and nothing is feasible.
