| English | For how to equalize these eight concerns, the way to equalize them by means of the conventional is stated here: “because it obstructs the acquisition of wealth . . .” (6.55) and later in three stanzas, “‘I have a lot of acquisitions and esteem . . .’” (8.17–19). These lines show that gain and esteem are the source of many problems, so it does not make sense to become happy when they are acquired. Also, it states here, “I am in pursuit of liberation . . .” (6.100). This shows that loss brings a natural freedom from mental binds, so we should not become dejected by loss.
