It as well is a downfall if you cause another to steal the property, using someone to impose the fine and then take it, or if you give something with the hope to take it yourself. Also, if these are given to someone like a king or minister, they take them, and they have the bodhisattva vow, then for them as well, the first and third root downfalls occur. |
