English	Moreover, it follows that the ultimate truth is the object of the mind, because it is the object of assessment for the wisdom of the meditative equipoise of the noble ones. As it is said in the autocommentary to the Madhyamakāvatāra, “The ultimate truth is the discovery of the very nature of the object by the exalted wisdom of those who see correctly.” Furthermore, the sutras say that the Bhagavan “sees emptiness completely; he knows it completely.” And again it is said in the Prasannapadā that if it[p.306]The Wisdom Chapter Fletcher, Wulstan, and Helena Blankleder (Padmakara Translation Group), trans. The Wisdom Chapter: Jamgön Mipham's Commentary on the Ninth Chapter of "The Way of the Bodhisattva." Boulder, CO: Shambhala Publications, 2017. did not exist, it would be futile for the Bodhisattvas to train on the path of the pāramitās. There is therefore no doubt at all that Mipham’s position is refuted by scripture and reasoning. Mipham says immediately afterward:

Pāramitā - The six or ten types of practices which lead an individual to Buddhahood. The practice of perfections is particularly important in Mahāyāna Buddhism in which the entire path of the Bodhisattva to reach full enlightenment is included in the six or ten perfections. The six perfections are that of giving, of discipline, patience, zeal, meditation, and wisdom. Anumāna - Inference (Skt. anumāna; T. rjes dpag) is a way of knowing something indirectly, using logic and reasoning rather than direct experience. For example, if you see smoke rising from a distant mountain, you can infer that there is a fire there, even if you can't see the fire directly yourself. It's a key way to understand things that are hidden from our senses. It is used in the Buddhist tradition to gain insight into deeper levels of reality of self and phenomena.
