| English | At the repeated exhortation of my spiritual friend Sukama, I, Jamyang Nampar Gyalwa, composed this text, having received the explanatory guidance from the great pandita named Pal, learned in the five sciences (Patrul Rinpoche), and after studying all the Indian commentaries existing in Tibet, as well as most of the other commentaries composed by the learned masters of Tibet (the meaning of which came well within my mind). I began on the first day of the first month of autumn in the earth tiger year and completed it on the thirteenth of the same month (August 1878). May everyone who even glances at this text gain an unhesitating certainty in the Madhyamaka tradition of the Supreme Vehicle. Mangalam! |
