Source folio	Block-print folio of the source, e.g. `97a`.
Translation page	Page in the published translation.
Chapter	Chapter of the translation. Not always a number.
Flag	Editorial notes on the segment itself — `Tibetan missing`, `Spans Multiple Segments`. Separate several with `;`.
