M. G. Chitkara
Madan Gopal Chitkara (Hindi: मदन गोपाल चितकारा), born on September 22, 1932 in the Bannu district of what is now Pakistan, is an Indian lawyer and writer. After the partition of India, he moved with his family to Shimla. He has served as the Advocate General of Himachal Pradesh and Vice-President of the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Court since 1993.
