Munīcandra (Mkhan po mu ne tsan+d+ra), Indian paṇḍita active in the 11th century, also known by the Tibetan name Thub pa zlal ba. He collaborated with the Tibetan translator Lo tsā ba Lce bkra shis on the translation of Sthiramati's Sūtrālaṃkāravṛttibhāṣya into Tibetan. BDRC: P4CZ16805.
