D
Section: Bodhicitta
Wisdom and Compassion as a Way of Life
2nd line… add the word developing before the word awareness.
2nd last line: After the word simply: If Shantideva is being quoted verbatim here then the sentence should be put in quotes
Section: What Is Bodhicitta?
Last line: It should be "towards” or maybe better way might be "that leads to awakening” +
Section: The Role of Bodhicitta
The last 2 lines should be in quotes as we are quoting Patrul Rinpoche
Alex- I adjusted the sentence to reflect a clear use of paraphrasing. +
A Study of the Ṡikṣasamuccaya of Āchārya Shāntideva.
There are typos in the title of this text. it should be - it should be Śikṣasamuccaya of Ācārya Śāntideva
Alex-This must be how the author wrote the title and how we found the record, so it should be kept even though it's misspelled. +

THIS IS FOR ALL PAGES WITH THE "Bibliography: All works on this theme" section at the bottom: I think it should say: "All works on this theme in this website" or some similar phrase so people don't think it is "ALL WORKS". For instance, we have a whole website on BUDDHA-NATURE. +
Both links currently lead to the same page (Explore: Defining Bodhicitta) —
https://bodhicitta.tsadra.org/index.php/Books/The_Resolve_to_Become_a_Buddha
Although the two references show different numbers (82 and 107), they open to the same page. This might be intentional, but I wonder if they are meant to direct to different pages instead. +
What about a white tab on the top; then start the paragraph with "We welcome you to explore the path of the bodhisattva and the key concepts related to developing, protecting, and increasing bodhicitta." +
Possible text for a white tile at the top: "The cultivation of bodhicitta—the mind of awakening that aspires to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings—forms the very foundation of the bodhisattva path, transforming our spiritual journey from one of personal liberation to universal compassion." +
Greg's Miro mind maps for the two main texts do not show up when you click on the link. Or rather they are there but so tiny and not in the intial main frame so it will be very hard for people to see them or find them +
I can’t open the miro mindmap on my iphone.. thank you 🙏🏻 +
Guhyasamaja should be Guhyasamāja +
Under the list which says, "The Profound View line has the following figures:"
Kusulipa Junior should be Kusālipa Junior, even though Kusulipa is also used by some writers. +
Madhyāmakāhṛīdayavṛīttitarakājvāla should be Madhyamakahṛīdayavṛīttitarakājvāla +
There is an issue with the font Ā in Ārya here. +
There is an issue with the font Ā(capital ā) in this page. like in Ākāśagarbha Ākāśagarbha, Ārya, etc. +
Gunamitra should be Guṇamitra +
1) aśaikśamārga should be spelt aśaikṣamārga.
2) sakṛdśgāmin should be spelt sakṛdāgāmin.
3) Sanskrit, Tibetan, and Chinese terms for four sublevels of heat, peak, patience, and supreme Dharma are missing. The term " Supreme Dharma" should be replaced with "Supreme Worldly Dharma" or the "Acme or Peak of Worldly Dharma."
4) dūraṅgama should be spelt dūraṅgamā (which will be consistent with the spelling of other bhūmi-s)
5) Sadhumati should be spelt sādhumatī +
This page is a little difficult to read (I am using an Ipad, so it may vary for cell phone or laptop users). Lines and Verses are not separated which makes it difficult to follow. Adding Tibetan, phonetics and translation is really helpful but everything looks like merged. The content is great but the aesthetics are not as clean as in the other pages. +
Patrul's wonderful 4 lines would be good to cite earlier in the website as how the prayer corresponds to the Bodhicaryavatara. Some people know those lines as a stand alone prayer but that prayer really comes to life in a different way when they see it is an outline
of sorts to this great text. +
I'd love to see included Crosby/Skiltons translation, as the intros are superb. Also maybe a few lines about the differences between the translations from the Skt vs from the Tibetan.
Khunu Rinpoche's book "Vast as the Heavens, Deep as the Sea" is a lovely book, perhaps it is a re-titled version of what you mention.
The Life of Shabkar gives a great presentation of the every day saturated with bodhicitta life.
The new commentary The Great Hum is extraordinary. Commentary by Minyak Kunzang Sonam, translated by Douglas Duckworth. +
Thank you for asking me to view this wonderful offering. +
