EXPLORE PIECES ABOUT THIS WORK

Our own editorial writing about this text, ahead of the bibliographic
relationships below it. These come from the local TextTopics property rather
than any of the RelatedTo relationships — no Editorial Content page uses those,
in either direction, so GetRels alone can never surface them.

Rendered with TopicBiblioSection, the same rows as the topic pages, so a piece
looks the same wherever it is met. Editorial pages carry no Citation or
Pubdate, but TopicBiblioRow already falls back Citation -> Title -> page name,
and narration appears by itself through the reverse AssociatedArticle lookup
in the row, so nothing extra is needed for either.

The same piece also appears on the topic pages it lists. That is intended:
they are two different ways in to the same writing, not a duplicate.

Matched on both title forms — relationships store the full prefixed title
while TextTopics stores the bare name. See the same fix in Module:GetRels.
