Template:CommentaryRow: Difference between revisions

One commentary as a library row (Template:TopicBiblioRow), for the Commentaries section of the full-text pages (Template:FullTextSubpage).

Two things differ from an ordinary row, both carried over from the old commentary tiles:

the row links to the commentary's own /Full text page when there is one,

 otherwise to the item page;

the commentary's school, in Tibetan (SchoolTib), is shown beside the class.

Called from an #ask with format=template and named args=yes, so the printout names must match the parameters here.
