A single external-resource row for the library-item sidebar. Same shape as Template:SidebarPersonBadge so the sidebar reads as one list.

Parameters

Parameter	Description
`prop`	Property holding the URL. Required. Nothing renders when it is empty.
`image`	Logo file name.
`abbr`	Short name shown in the row, e.g. `rKTs`. Falls back to `label`.
`label`	Full organisation name, used as the link's hover title.
`note`	Optional second line under the name.
