English

If a thing that exists can become a thing that does not exist, it follows that the thing itself is established as having [or being able to have] the natures of both existence and nonexistence. That is why, on the level of suchness, cessation is not an existent thing and why even “existent things” do not truly exist. And it is also the reason why, throughout the three times, beings are never born and never pass away.
