English

May those beings who have fallen into cold hells such as the Blister Hell and other extremely cold places, find great happiness from warmth of sunlight and pleasant fires. Arising from the great clouds of compassion of the Bodhisattvas, may a great limitless ocean of water, and ceaseless gentle rain fall upon the hot hells such as the Reviving Hell, etc. May those weak from great heat in the hot hells find joy in being gently cooled by falling rain.
