English

As this explains, realize that this body is summarized by the suffering of the inferior compounded state; thus engage in completely realizing suffering. Realize that feeling is the cause of craving for all arising; thus engage in abandoning the all-arising defilements. Realize the mind as the base of clinging to the self; thus engage in manifesting cessation without fear of nirvana due to doubting that the self would be discontinued. Realize that phenomena are what need to be abandoned as they are defiled, and what needs to be adopted is complete freedom from them as the antidote; thus engage in meditation on the path without delusion. Thus engage in the four truths of the Noble One. Having engaged in them, one will be freed from a contaminated body, etc., and gradually attain all uncontaminated good qualities.
