English

Although this body is protected and guarded, in the end when it dies, it will be cremated and become ashes and dirt. At this moment it is perceived as alive, but still its real nature is unmoving like stone. It must be moved by something else, such as the mind and airs. The body is composed of various impure substances, and has an unbearably fearsome appearance, so why cling to it as the self? Thus clinging and attachment to it are delusions.
