English

Dharma activities possess infinite good qualities and cause the happiness of higher birth and liberation, and are the most exalted joy and happiness, yet you have abandoned them for sinful activities that cause the severe suffering of lower rebirth and samsara. O Mind, why enjoy such mundane activities as complete distraction of body and mind, laughing, joking, singing, dancing, and the like. It is unsuitable to find joy in these things. Therefore discard clinging and attachment to activities that contradict the Dharma.
