English

With regard to both teacher and disciple, the practice of giving is: performing the preparations; possessing enlightenment thought; timeliness; bestowing Dharma teaching; offering tokens of appreciation for it; and other activities. Morality is discarding factors which oppose teaching and listening. Patience is not being disappointed in those who practice incorrectly. Diligence is delight in performing extensive hardship. Concentration is being single pointedly focused on the Dharma. Wisdom is the ability to understand precise distinctions of meaning. In this way, engaging in the practice of teaching and hearing includes the six perfections.
