Also, because they believe it to be permanent, there could never be any cessation of the experience of the object. But this is not valid because it would logically follow that the subject, which is the mind, would have to cease when the object ceases. It can be seen that mind’s experience of objects is periodic, not permanent. This demonstrates that the primal substance and the self are neither creators nor independently arisen.
