English

When sentient beings who dwell in samsara, particularly those in the three lower realms who are exhausted and weary of suffering, find a little temporary relief in a higher birth, the cause of attaining that happiness is the performance of worldly virtue. The cause of the happiness of those suffering beings is contaminated virtue, and as a result they take higher rebirth in the realm of humans and gods. With happiness and delight, rejoice for them without jealousy.
