English	Because the mind is bodiless It cannot be destroyed by anyone. Because of mind’s attachment to the body, This body is oppressed by pain. Perhaps we think that we get angry when contemptuous treatment results in injury to our minds or our bodies. But we should remember that our minds—that is, our thoughts—are bodiless; they have no physical form. Therefore no one can in any way destroy them with weapons and other things. On the other hand, the mind cherishes and clings powerfully to its bodily support with the result that we are attached to our bodies and claim them as our own. That is why we suffer when our bodies are attacked and beaten. If there were no clinging to the body, no injury would be felt.

Bodhisattva - A person who seeks enlightenment for the sake of others. In Mahāyāna Buddhism, a bodhisattva is a compassionate being who is training on the path to buddhahood and aspires to eliminate the suffering of all beings and take all sentient beings to the state of enlightenment.
