English	At all times and in any situation, How can I make mindfulness my constant habit? Thinking thus I will desire To meet with teachers and fulfill the proper tasks. At all times, over the months and years, and in any situation, we should ask ourselves how we can acquire the habitual attitude of mindfulness, whereby we never forget to focus on virtue within our minds. Thinking only of the causes or methods of cultivating it, we should long for, and strive in, appropriate actions—all the ways that help us nourish and increase mindfulness and introspection within ourselves: meeting with spiritual masters, doing retreat, going on pilgrimages, and all such conducive practices. According to Sherab Jungne,168 the strength of earnest practice as discussed above means the sincere implementation of the instructions received from the teacher.
