Blo sbyong thun brgyad ma/Full text
Although it is difficult to determine the author of this mind training work, both Thuken (CrystaI Mirror, p. 99) and Yeshé Döndrup (Treasury of Gems, p. 105) identify Dromtönpa as the source of the instruction on eight sessions of mind training. More importantly, the text itself refers to the instruction on eight sessions as "Dromtönpa's instruction." Since Khamlungpa specialized in the propagation of this instruction, this particular approach later came to be known as "Khamlungpa's eight sessions mind training." This instruction encapsulates a wonderful method for taking all aspects of everyday activities and experience into your meditative practice.
