Russell Webb
Russell Webb was the editor for the Pali Buddhist Review, produced from 1976 to 1982 (to Vol. 6, no.2) by the Pali Buddhist Union. In 1983, the Pali Buddhist Review was superceded by the Buddhist Studies Review, of the Institut de recherche bouddhique Lin-So’n and the Pali Buddhist Union, and Russell Webb remained the editor until 2004/5.
