Description

On January 22, 2013 during the the Lake Born Vajra Guru Padmasambhava Winter Retreat, Venerable Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche taught about the importance of the two accumulations: (1) the relative accumulation of merit and (2) absolute accumulation of wisdom. Here Khenpo Rinpoche emphasizes how important it is to face and use obstacles we experience in our lives, and to immediately do even the smallest act of goodness and avoid even the smallest negative action.

"In general, accumulating merit means boosting your immune system. You have to activate your spiritual immune system by increasing your energy according to the way the nature is."
