About this session:
Geshe-la shares teachings on the 9 point method of equalising and exchanging self for others. He briefs us on the history of this method and it’s lineage, shares stories to inspire us in putting these methods into practise within the limited time he has. These teachings also include the precious method of Tonglen.

About the series:
Geshe Dorji Damdul taught students at Choe Khor Sum Ling how to design one’s personal daily dharma & meditation practice. How to setup proper motivation, how to visualise the merit field and the way in which one should feel while doing these practices. And to help us understand the reasons behind these practices, he shed light on extremely important topics like Emptiness and Bodhichitta. He even shared rare and precious instructions on Mahamudra Meditation to dispel various misunderstandings and wrong interpretations of these teachings, and also the dangers involved if done without proper understanding and guidance.

Since these sessions were open to everyone, there were students with varied levels of exposure to spirituality and Buddhism, hence Geshe-la tried to keep his explanations simple and accessible to everyone.
