This is an annotated commentary (mchan 'grel) on the ninth chapter of the Bodhicaryāvatāra. The author of this commentary seems to be Zhenpen Chökyi Lodrö (Gzhan phan chos kyi blo gros), also known as Jamyang Lodrö Gyatso ('Jam dbyang blo gros rgya mtsho).
This is a summarized version of the extensive commentary on the ninth chapter of the Bodhicaryāvatāra (Sher tik chen mo) with some additional clarifications at occasions. The author of this commentary, as it appears at the end of the text, seems to be Zhenpen Chökyi Lodrö (Gzhan phan chos kyi blo gros), also known as Jamyang Lodrö Gyatso ('Jam dbyang blo gros rgya mtsho).
